We know that there are a lot of acronyms thrown around the gym. This is a cheat sheet to help you learn the CrossFit language. Most importantly, don't be shy to ask a coach what something means. 

WOD - Workout Of the Day

AMRAP - As Many Reps/Rounds As Possible

EMOM - Every Minute On the Minute

PR - Personal Record

RX - Performing the workout as written

Scaled - Modifying the workout

HIIT - High Intensity Interval Training

Olympic Lifting - Snatch and Clean and Jerk

TTB - Toes To Bar

MU - Muscle Up

AKBS - American Kettlebell Swing

RKBS - Russian Kettlebell Swing

OH - Overhead

C2B - Chest To Bar

G2O - Ground To Overhead

DB - Dumbbell 

HSPU - Handstand Push-Up
