High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) Class is similar to a CrossFit style workout, minus the barbell. This is not only a great start to your fitness journey, but it is a great addition to your daily training.
During this class you will be led through a warm-up, review the movements for the workout, and then participate in a conditioning workout.
The movements that you will see in this class will be slam balls, push-ups, sit-ups, running, step-ups, and more. Like any other class at 12 Stones we will work with any athlete if there is a movement that needs to be changed in order to get the most out of the workout.
