Our ROMWOD (Range of Motion Workout of the Day) is brought to us by ROMWOD themselves. During this time we will work through mobility for 20-40 minutes. This is a video led program for you to come in, unwind, and get flexy. 

We believe that extended periods of stretching could be overcompensating for a larger issue at hand, but ROMWOD is a great addition to the stability, strength, and mobility work done throughout the week in CrossFit and HIIT.
