Your story is already a powerful one, we are here to add to your story. At CrossFit 12 Stones you will find a group of people that are committed to walking alongside you during this journey. Not only will you be coached and led by people who have been in the industry for years, but you will also be working side by side with people who are there to lift you up and encourage you.

Your story may be that you are looking to lose 50 pounds, squat 500, be able to play outside with your kids, maintain independence, or gain muscle - no matter what chapter of your life you are in, you can do this.

At CrossFit 12 Stones we focus on CrossFit specific workouts, but the beauty of CrossFit is that anyone can do it. If a workout says we are doing box jumps and that is something that you cannot do yet, we promise that our staff will make adjustments, specific to you, in order for you to get the most out of the workout.
